Thats exactly what I've been getting at, the government have been a very poor source of information in the past. Any of us old enough to remember the "Just Say No" campaign know that.

It has a lot to make up for and thats why even a few mistakes on a website like this will be spotted and the reaction is to dismiss the whole lot. The assumption is that although some of it maybe good most of it is just like the rubbish they used to produce.
