    Anti-Christ for fuck sake.

I am not sure about this. Its going to cost between 40 - 45 million. What exactly is going to cost that much? All they need is some seats and a bar underneath serving beer and pies.

I have a feeling its going to be expensive seats for execs and the like. It should be cheap seats for local kids, thats whats needed.

I am glad I've already got a season ticket as I fear to get one for the new areas will cost far to much for the average fan. :(

I've heard something about this. How much extra revenue would United expect from the extra 7,000 odd seats per year? I seem to remember half a million or so but could be wrong.

If the work is really going to cost 40m+ then it doesn't make much economic sense. Even allowing for inflation you're looking at 50 or 60 years before breaking even.

Thats why I doubt they're going to be normal seats, for corperates which makes the idea pointless.

However this might not be so, the whole roof is apparrently being lifted, and a new system to help the pitch with light and wind is being talked about.

The whole north stand redevelopment cost 29m. Who the fuck has been quoted this job?

    Wembley Stadium developers perhaps?

If so you'd be getting a good deal in comparison :D

Probably something to do with the agent who managed to get 7m for Forlan.
