Ok, ive posted about my knees before and how fucked up they are. When my dad went to a MRI scan with my mum they said how she must be in agony and they were right she is. This made him think because my knees are alot worse than hers.
We are now both going to get them done privetly cos the nhs are taking so long and with me not being able to walk if i do much walking during the day now has made up his mind.
I have an appointment tomorrow evening and im really nervous about it. Its just a consiltation but its still scary how quick its all happening now.
Just wondering what likely to happen really.
And also how fast is fast when it comes to private work? Like when will i be likely to be having the op? In a few months? Weeks? Days??
Thanks for any help.
And dont forget to think happy thoughts at 7pm tomorrow.

But they said that i will never have straight legs:crying:
Yea they wont hurt anymore and i know thats great but i will never have normal legs and i wont get my "porn star" legs back :crying:
That was they main thing i wanted:(
I know you wont have the legs you're after but at least there will be no pain anymore
Nobodys perfect
Good luck
The main thing here is the fact that you won't be in pain anymore, which is the major reason the op's being done
After i get them done i have to work out lots as the tenden will be all loose and wobbly so maybe if i do that enough it will make them at least look kinda straight??
But having nice hurting legs over non hurting all right legs i'd have to go for the no hurting ones every time
To hell with the your can't have beauty without pain.
.:Crispy:.
Is there a name for the condition?
Does your Mum have the same thing?
Whatever you have make sure you do a heck of a lot of research on the condition, possible side effects of the surgery, etc.
My Dad went in for a minor tummy op and they said to him .. oh you have a Hernia shall we fix it at the same time, so he said yes might as well, but they never bothered to tell him he wouldn't be able to work for the next 3 months. He's self employed but if he'd have worked for a company he could have lose his job expecting to take a few days off and instead turn into 3 months.
Make sure you're an expert in your own condition, don't realy on Doctors to know everything ad you know your body better then anyone in the world.
ahhhh! very very nervous now!!:nervous: :nervous:
