stabbing pains

ive been getting sharp stabbing pains in my left ear and the left side of my neck for a few hours now. its really painful :(

any idea what could cause these? and what can alleviate them? pls help, im dying here :'(

    dont know what it could be, sorry! If it gets worse u best go docs. Have u had some pain killers? :)

    Trapped nerve?

    Painkillers and resting the area... if it continues go to the doc's I guess.
