    ive missed all this as im in scotland and under a completely different system. can you explain what all they are proposing and stuff for me :)

    i dont think that the top up fees affect you in scotland, the scottish mps chucked them out i believe...i may be wrong.

    i'm not entirely sure whether you get any of these "bursaries" and benefits that they're talking about.

    basically they're trying to put students into £12-21k debt, purely through tuition fees, not including accomodation and living costs etc.

    In fact, the MSPs abolished tuition fees altogether, so that's doubly cool! :thumb:
