I wouldn't go with Natwest I thought their student account was shit, but that's just my opinion.

I'm with HSBC and find them really good, you get a free railcard when you join or some money, which is good especially ,if you are moving far away from home.

different people have different money requirements and stuff, so you'll be best off going around a few banks picking up leaflets/talking to people and stuff.

i'll be sticking with royal bank of scotland.

I was with the Bank of Scotland and I have just moved to the Royal bank of Scotland because I found them to be better.

I have had some problems with Barclays - the main one being they spelt my name wrong on my debit card and couldn't work out why. They said they would send me a replacement card, and when that one arrived my name was still spelt wrong.

Apart from some small fuck ups, all the banks are ok, it's just down to what free stuff they give ya! free stuff is kool!
The all make stupid mistakes but not major ones normally, could you use your card with the miss spelt name? What differance does it make?

I've been told I can still use the card so it's not really a big deal, but I do wonder if I will get stopped in any shops when they notice my name dosn't totally match the one on the card.
