I was wondering if anyone couls help me, because I'm really winding myself up about this one: I only just got my ucas form in. today. I won't go into the reasons (to do with my dropping a sibject and having rubbish predicted grades). the 100% absolutely holy deadline is friday, but have theystarted processing the applications yet?
argh argh argh argh, I will DIE if I don't get any offers *panics*

worry not, mine won't be getting sent off till friday
Its unwise to normally leave it this late because all the good places are frequently filled up by now, but if you apply before 15 January 2004 you will still be fine.
The date always used to be a lot later, I could have sworn it was June when I applied three years ago. Oh well.
The date of 15 January is to ensure that the Universities MUST contemplate your application, but even if you miss that deadline you can still apply, but the universities do not have to consider your application if they do not wish. But if that happens, you would still be eligible for clearing.
Good luck
I got in at Cardiff uni, and Oxford that way. No stress. It's just more money for them, whatever.
