    Well as I said it was 10 days without anything really, although I did have a few beers and a brandy or two, so it wasnt proper de-tox as such.

    The first few days were hard, I kept getting proper cravings but it got a little easier.

    But I think the main thing I learnt was that, yes I could go without, but NO I dont want to, its BORING.
