panic attacks: question

When i get panic attacks i start to go dizzy and feel a bit spaced out then i get the actually panic attack. what causes panic attack? i was just sitting hear to day surfing the net and then all of the sudden i get one come on

i did go see my councilor today but i don't think there was really any thing there to set me off.

any ideas anyone
