    I love love being single :D:D... well the freedom of it all, if there was a way to keep everything the same as it is when your single, but still be with a guy that you sooooo want to be with... that would be fucking awsome

    it has its upsides..and its downsides.

    ive been single for like...ever :rolleyes: so don't know any different. sure, id like to have someone who was really special to me bla bla, but i'm fine how i am.

    one things for sure, im fed up of being pissed around by men :mad: :impissed: :crying:

    Nah...

    I've been single three years and it's great! :D

    Do what you want, when you want, where you want (to who you want!) without having somebody nag at you "You aren't spending enough time together", "Who are you out with?" etc etc etc etc etc etc... Also, not having to take into account somebody elses feelings all day is just sooooo much easier!!

    Tis great being single! Being with somebody was good but I much prefer doing my own thang! Maybe when I am around 30 I will settle down...

    Edited to say: Also, I don't think I could meet somebody who would cope or put up with my lifestyle... I commute over 4 hours a day so my working day comes to somewhere between 12-13 hours, spend very little time at home due to a huge circle of friends and stupidly active social life through the week (after work of course!) and tend to travel on weekends or go for the weekend long clubbing sessions! Class. Who would put up with having no time to spend on them? No girly I know... :eek2: :lol:

    I've been single for a year. It suddenly hit me today, that I don't particularly want a guy right now. I need my A Levels, and No guy on this earth is worth that sacrifice! Plus, I like havin credit lol.

    I'm single at the moment and I'm kind of happy ( was dumped about 3 weeks ago, I know it was the right the decision but I still feel rejected :( )

    It's strange, for the majority of my life I've been single and I would say I'm generally happy. I'm a only child so I do tend to get a bit loney but I don't know whether that's because I'm single or an only child :|

    When single, I'm always thinking that I want to be in a relationship with someone I love and think that being in a relationship would make my life complete............... However when I am in a relationship I would say it has caused the biggest worries/anxieties in my life which makes me unhappy! especially so, because I seem to have 6th sense which tells me I'm about to be dumped!

    I always find that the first couple months of a relationship are great, enjoyable & exciting and then with me it starts to get a bit messy.

    The grass is always greener and all that!

    I would "love" to be in love though, you can't beat it! I've been in 3 relationships and would say i've been "in love" just the once and it was brilliant. I thought it was going to happen again with my last girlfriend but I was wrong :(

    Sorry, I'm waffling about nothing, better go :)

    when you're single you can flirt with whoever, kiss whoever, do whatever with whoever you want. :)

    though the problem is that being single many people's confidence goes down :( and then they can't flirt. it's a vicious cycle. also - this makes it harder to start a long term relationship!!

    hmm, yes...but perhaps some people don't like being able to do whatever they want with who they want; some people prefer being in a relationship.

    you're right though...confidence goes down :( it'd be cool to have someone there telling you how lovely you are :D but then meh, I dunno....:confused:
