Confidence is the feeling you sometimes have before you fully understand the situation.

You know, looking back, I see a lot of the bad things which happened to me, almost like a gift. I think myself lucky to have suffered from clinical depression, to have been bullied for ten years of my life and to have had problems in the family...why?
I use my bad experience to help other people and I really gain a lot from that. In a way, I feel privaliged to have had a shit cildhood, nothing can be more rewarding than somebody giving you a hug and telling you how much they appreciated a shoulder to cry on.
it's life, u got one shot at it so make the most of it <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/smile.gif">

The thing is we could all go around hating life and feeling crap (like we all do frequently lmfao) but thats coz we spend too much time dwelling on the bad things and not holding onto the good. Good things happen to everybody at some point, wether its something small or something amazing...nobody can truly say nothing good ever happens to them.
Its the good stuff that u gotta remeber and use to keep u going, without that u will never get anything more out of life than u always have...nothing will ever change. Im an expert at remembering anything negative that happens and forgetting anything positive...but this is what Im trying to change coz its not doing me any favours lmfao.
I strongly recomend looking at other peoples lives and how little they have in comparison...this really makes u appreciate what u have got. If u r into reading then go and get a copy of 'a child called 'it' (will find out author for you). It really disturbing and sad and also a true story but this book really puts things into perspective and has made me realise what I really have got in life.
