Lakpush = Turtle in Farsi :D
I used to know so much more.

I speak Danish, Hebrew and English. All fluently to some extent. Wouldn't have any problems whatsoever dealing with those languages.

I know basic German, write and read, which is enough for me, should I ever get stuck in Germany. It's easy. Once you learn it, it all comes back when you see it again. And am currently learning Spanish.

As a Dane I of course understand most Norwegian and Swedish.

Written Dutch is pretty easy as well.

I can curse in Polish as well! Understand very very very basic conversations at times. Deprend on who's talking and about what.

Basically I know a whole mish mash of languages but none of them count as it's only the first three which I actually know.

Not connected to interest I'd say. Connected to a very varied background and social circle :)

English (though sometimes I wonder, just took me three attempts to spell that right)

French, almost fluently..... will hopefully be better by this time next year.

Russian, not quite so fluently but I can hold a conversation, get things I want, and write a 5000 word dissertation ;)

Tiny bit of Italian. I did GCSE at college.

Tiny bits of Polish that I picked up when I was there, as it's quite similar to Russian. I want to learn it properly though.

    VERY basic French.

Basic spoken Spanish (I have a CBLC *smug*)

I speak Icelandic fluently and English well (imo).
I can also understand a lot of written Danish but after this summer I don't think I should try to speak it. :p

I'm also improving gradually in German. Love speaking that language. :) Although I couldn't keep a conversation going. Unfortunately.

I use English when chatting to my friends online, and in random sentences to my family&friends (prolly just considered some form of slang tho :p). I also used it where I was working in this horse rental.
German I don't use except when in German (twice) and in school. And sometimes I say stupid sentences to family/friends but that hardly counts. ;)
