The Sun is particularly in the brown stuff over its initial coverage. See them scuttle back to the moral high ground.

I couldnt believe the sun yesterday, all the other papers had headlines about how sad it was, and the suns headline was `bonkers bruno is locked up`. Apparently they changed it in later editions but i didnt see that. Today the sun was going on about how sad it was and how the sun was generously giving to mental health charities!! fucking wankers - as if they give a shit.

And probably deserving of a flogging, but as the current editor is a woman, that could be misconstrued...

But still they haven't publicly apologised to Bruno and his family.

As they haven't apologised to Liverpool fans for their disgusting claims on the Hillsborough disaster.

As they haven't apologised to all those who were wrongly accused of being paedophiles by the illiterate, News of the World-reading lynch mobs (editor at the time: the heinous Rebekah Wade).

As they haven't apologised to thousands of other people whose lives have been ruined by that evil, disgusting piece of shit over the years.

Like MR said... WHY? Why would anyone want to purchase the fucking worthless, insulting shite???
    From the article
According to one insider, many journalists on the paper thought the original headline was in bad taste, but were hesitant to protest because of a feeling in the office that to challenge any editorial decision was "treason".
Well what a surprise... just like the American Right, Ann Coulter... Nice to see the kind of atmosphere and editorial qualities that exists at the Murdoch newspaper empire. Those who thought we are free of the prejudice and character assassination seen in America for those who dare to disagree with the Right, think again.
