I've just heard my name on the telly!

Well, it's the same as my name. :) No, I'm not telling you lot what it is, but the film is the Italian Job, and my name gets spoken out at one point. :D

Anybody else ever had that happen in a TV programme or film?

    My second name is Irish and unusual and Ive never heard of it. In fact, My family are the only people with my second name. We are unique. :)

    Erm, someone in neighbours has my surname.

    And my first name is the same as Elvis' daughter. *sigh* 'whats your name dear?' 'Lisa-marie' 'ooh like elvis' daughter' :yeees: Done to death.

    my surname is often seen up in lights in london coz they decided to name a lap dancing club after it :lol:
    had a few blokes tell me they'd pay for my surname though which is pretty cool but..........its not for sale ;)

    i am a champion ice-dancer in bradford. only when i'm moonlighting as her i spell it 'catherine'.

    my mum is an old (possibly now dead) stick in the mud about such things as swearing on tv.

    my cousin is the guy from the fast show.

    Erm, Im a journalist, Im on newsnight and the first bit of a not so famous 70s band, only spelt differently. My surname usually goes down "swimmingly" well ;) Oh and my surname is the same as someone off Really Wild Show

    Like many others, my surname is very unusual and I would be incredibly shocked if I discovered someone with the same name as me. The only people I know with the surname are people I'm related to.
