Internet Privacy & Protection

So what are you guys doing to protect your privacy on the internet?

And are you even worried in the first place?

I've got a router which uses NAT - I think that helps.
I have Sygate Firewall running.
I have AVG Antivirus
I use postcast SMTP server instead of my ISP to send out emails. And this is also very useful on a laptop where your ISP may constantly change.
I use a webcache instead of going direct to webservers.
I use Spybot and it's set to protect against certain spyware.

Is there anymore I can do to protect myself? or better software?

I was totally unaffected by the blaster virus/worm which totally surprised me having ADSL - whilst a friend that hardly ever uses the internet had his laptop badly hit.
