Hi folks!

It has come to our attention that exam period is almost upon us for most of the UK, and we are mindful that a lot of you may be in the midst of preparing or getting in the mindset for exams. We wanted to provide a little space for everyone to check in about how they are doing in an educational sense, how you are coping, what goals you might have, or what you are most worried about in particular. This season can bring so much extra pressure and stress, and your feelings are valid, and we hope that having somewhere to speak about it with others who are also in similar positions might feel good to get off your chest.

You can speak about anything on your mind, as long as it's related to exams/deadlines!

I have my first exam on the 16th and I don’t want to seem like I’m over confident but I’ve worked my socks off and I’m getting 5’s on good days and 4’s on bad which means I can afford to have a small bad day so I’m not feeling to stressed but I am stressed cos they messed up the exam arrangements…again!!
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

i have my exam on the 12th may, i won’t lie i have 0 intentions of even showing up for it:/ im struggling more than ever and support at college is literally non existent. i cant write for long periods of time either idk how to explain so yeah a 90 minute exam with all 4-10 mark questions, i have no hope but college dont care.

i also gotta have all my coursework submitted within the next 3 weeks too otherwise i don’t get a qualification from this year - the joys of northern ireland’s academic year being shorter than mainland uk meaning we have a shorter time span to submit it all🥲

Stressed, this semester has been rough and I haven’t been able to get much done but I’m hoping it all works out okay. It’s definitely a lot less stressful than A-levels!!!
