What's driving that feeling of needing to keep studying? I wonder if it's excitement / enjoyment? Maybe stress / pressure? What's happening for you?
Personally for me, when I'm struggling to get a balance with my studies I find using my phone timer super helpful to break up my study sessions. E.g., I will try to follow the Pomodoro study technique (have you heard of it?) Its where you'll study for 25 mins, then take a 5 min break. Then 25 more mins. Then a longer break.
You deserve to take rest-breaks too! What do you think you'd like to do after studying today to unwind?
Iโll just end up studying till 6pm which is when we are going out for dinner
