What do you feel your options might be here? I wonder whether adjusting the work-out could be possible, to ensure you're not in pain?
I also lift weights at the gym i found putting KT tape over that part of your hand and then the gloves stops the rubbing and kind of prevents soreness.
Also maybe a different pair of gloves. I found gloves made my hands hurt more then I found ones similar to what gymnasts have and they helped a bit better
Hope it settles a bit and isn't too sore to continue working out
