pop up box

hey,

you know the way when you now log into your account you get the pop up box asking if you are in the uk? well my phone had logged me out so i tried logging bag in again and the box pops up, it wont let me hit yes or no though. i cant use boards on my phone now because i cant hit yes or no - this also means i cant log out either to try logging in again. i have tried turning my phone on/off and clearing my history etc but nothing is fixing it and im so annoyed because i mainly use the mix from my phone ughhh grateful i was still logged in on my laptop for now though

    i had this same problem. i hit yes multiple times and it still didnt register. then i hit no and it still didnt do anything. then i hit yes and it finally processed. im in england btw. @shannon_164

    @shannon_164 yeah it is confusing. hopefully its just some random glitch and itll be fixed soon. i tried clicking yes once before and it still didnt work. so its not the amount of times that you click on yes thats the issue. its actually the website processing it.

    It just asked me and mine was ok but that’s really frustrating. Hope it’s fixed soon

    Hey @shannon_164 , thank you for flagging this issue. That feels strange, and I'm sorry that the button isn't processing correctly when you try to join Community through your phone.

    Can I ask if this error is still happening today?

    i ended up seeing this option when in the edit profile settings, so i ticked it and it seems to have solved the issue. i’ve attached a screenshot with the thing i mean:
