i think you should share it with her if you feel comfy doing so, regardless of how long it is! if it helps any, i wrote out how i felt for a psychologist and it turned out to be six a4 pages long in the end - she did read it all though because she cares.
i hope that if you do share it with caroline that it helps you, even just a little
