TW: minor injuries, possibly sh triggering and suicide
so basically i was working today and happened to notice a few tiny scratches on my hand, im assuming from my cat as sometimes when i play with him he ends up scratching my hand (unintentionally) but i was like “how did i get so many scratches and not even realise” then this person i work with laughed and said “it’s ok if you feel suicidal” - that hurt. i do actually feel suicidal super often in reality, and i do also self harm.
these scratches were not self harm though.
idk it just hurt i guess that it was just a joke to him but in reality, it is how i actually do feel. it hurt.
*i am safe btw, i have no plans or intentions*
