Wat would be the proper way of dealing with a person who is going through a mental health crisis? So I point the carers where they r goin wrong 😀 coz I observe n experience not right things.

Hey @ellie2000. It sounds like you have been experiencing mental health crises but have not felt supported in the way you have needed to feel supported. Am I hearing this right? If so, what support do you think would help you best?

Rethink Mental Illness have a webpage about getting help for someone in crisis.

The Mix also has a Crisis Messenger which you might find helpful when you are facing mental health crises.

You deserve to feel supported, especially when you raise that something's not good!

@Laura_tigger82 the local authority has given up, but we still got the social services in last county I lived in. Why do services give up wen u need them most? Unless someone told them not to bother?

Hey @ellie2000, I'm sorry to hear that you feel the services give up when you needed them the most. As @Laura_tigger82 mentions above, you deserve to feel supported. You matter <3
