hey🙂

is the saturday thread happening today? i have just realised it’s at 2:30pm however the 2024 quiz is at 2pm therefore they both clash with each other.

    So the Support Thread today will be 1-2pm, and then at 2pm the 2024 quiz will take place.

    thanks @Sian321 for replying - maybe an announcement about this so people are actually aware would be helpful? a lack of communication from the mix once again… we shouldn’t have to be asking if chats & threads etc are running, it should just be communicated to us!!!

    Hi Shannon, we hear you and are sorry. We agree that communicating these things ahead of time would be best practise. We fully acknowledge its not ideal and we don't mean to continue this way. We're doing as best we can at this stage, but realise the need for improvements.
