I can’t even imagine how difficult that must have been for you. i’m so sorry you had to witness that. please make sure you’re taking care of yourself too. something like that can be really hard to process.

i'm sure this was a lot for you to go through and deal with/see - hopefully this person is okay now and getting the support they need. remember to look after yourself too as you're feelings are just as important. sending a big hug

We can hear how it has affected you a lot @Rose113. It sounds like a really difficult situation to be in. However, we are glad Female K has now had access to medical support and you are keeping going.

Is there anything, in particular, helping you to cope with this at the moment? We can hear the conflict between feeling okay because you are surviving and the weight of this on you. It is okay to find this difficult and not be okay, your feelings are valid
