I can’t cope with this pain the only time I get a break from this pain is when I sleep :( I’m in fucking agony I wouldnt wish a concussion and bruised neck on anyone not even my worst enemy 💔
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

    hopefully the pain is at least a little better today - and hopefully it starts to get easier quickly over the next few days (or however long it should take to heal)

    i’m so sorry you’re in so much pain - that sounds absolutely awful, and I really wish there was something that could bring you relief. i can’t imagine how exhausting this must be for you.
