    hey @bignosegirly0 🙂

i totally get why that’s frustrating. it’s not even about the rules themselves, its about the unfairness of how they’re enforced. it really sucks when it feels like certain people get away with things just because of how they look or who they are. the gossip thing is the same - it’s not that you’re trying to stir things up, but if everyone else does it without consequences, it feels unfair to be singled out. i previously worked in a pretty toxic place with similar issues where it certain people could get away with things i wouldn’t have been able to get away with so i do understand how you’re feeling about this situation, and i can assure you, you are NOT alone with this!

i don’t really have a solution, but i just want you to know that your feelings are valid. it’s exhausting dealing with double standards, especially at work where things should be fair. i hope it gets better for you soon, and if you ever need to vent, im here for you!

so so proud of you @bignosegirly0 - you’ve got this <3
