    Sounds like today has been really hard for you, but I want to say well done for seeking help and speaking to Emma even though I hear that the outcome of this may not be what you want!

    Try and use thus opportunity (as horrible and upsetting this is) to get the supoort you need!.

    Been sat in A&E for ages and I don’t feel well, can’t really move my neck and sickness bad :(

    Update I have a severe concussion 😭 the doctor is ordering a CT to check for bleeding etc

    How are you feeling at the moment @Rose113? Being unwell can be difficult enough but added with hospitals and tests can be particularly tough! Have they given you any strategies which might help you to start feeling better? <3
