I probably have BPD
My mood can fluctuate a million times a day
Last night I was screaming at my mum, rn I’m sorta chill in a cafe , earlier I was crying about my eating disorder in another cafe then feeling stressed/ very concentrated on the bus

    Hey @nem as someone with BPD I recommend speaking to your GP and they can give you some support around it :)
    Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

    i agree with rose as someone who has bpd to i would also recommend talking to a dr abt this :) hope your ok <3

    Hey @nem. You have shown so much courage in recognising how often your mood changes in a day. How does it feel to recognise you may have BPD? Is there anything which helps you when your mood keeps changing?

    I recognise how tiring it can feel to have your moods keep changing, regardless of the reason. Your feelings are valid and heard here. You mentioned you were feeling chill in a particular cafe - is this cafe often a place you feel more chilled in, or does this change?
