Being adopted is a curse

You get adopted and have to deal with life long trauma, confusion and pain with no fucking support out there for people who are adopted
been told I have fucking ptsd but can’t get treatment because it’s to fucking severe apparently

Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

Go extra, extra gentle with yourself, @Rose113 and hope you can take the time and space you need to process this. We're all here and we're listening.
I’ve tried Bernardo’s, adoption support UK, oakdalegroup and first4adoption
