Do managers make up bad stuff to make them gd n make them less insecure. Looking at the times I asked 4 help and carers saying 'can't deal with this' nd ignoring signs I was gna S.H, is tht professional? I texted 'shout' tht morning 😀Also I hav a MH appointment which they arranged without my say so, is tht professional? Im not a bad person.
I got reactive afew times, is tht bad? Did they get me to do tht on purpose?
I'm back where I was. 🤬

I can imagine that feeling really upsetting that your carers ignored you when you needed them. You deserve to have your feelings heard and taken seriously, Ellie. And coping with SH can feel really overwheming or scary sometimes
It sounds really positive that you're getting to continue therapy - how do you feel about that? I wonder if your therapist is aware of how you feel about your carers too. Is this something you'd feel able to talk about with them?
You are absolutely right that you are not a bad person, Ellie. There is nothing wrong or bad about who you are as a person. And you deserve respect and care.
When you do struggle with your mental health or urges to SH, is there anything or anyone as well as Shout that helps you feel calmer? I will share an App below called Calm Harm too which specifically helps people with these feelings
