I went to therapy and the session was about the present. N I talked about current life and how its affecting me. Nd I after the session it went hazy is tht normal tlkn about bullies n trauma?
I sed 'wats their name' wen I saw someone. I was told it was confidential. Why is it confidential?

    Hey @ellie2000, firstly I'm sorry that you haven't received a reply on this so far. I can understand how you felt hazy after the therapy session, and that does happen. During therapy sessions, discussing topics like trauma and bullying can be really emotionally draining, so this may be your body's reaction to going through that ordeal. Well done for going to the session and talking about how you feel, it's a good thing in the long-term, and over time, talking about these difficult topics will hopefully become easier and less draining for you. To your second question, I'm not sure why someone would say that their name is confidential! We're here to listen to you <3
