Relationship breakdown

I went to ask for help last week, but mum received emails from the manager telling her, tht I was playing up, nd the manager has arranged a MH appointment without my say so, r they allowed to do tht? I would think I would remember if I was being out of order, apparently he saw me on cctv being out of order to a member of staff. Apparently they had to restrain me but tht didn't happen. I sed I was having a 'mental mishap' n they didnt act appropriately so I texted 'shout' wen they were hopeless. Wat would be the proper way to deal with 'mental health crises' passed weeks I was signalling tht I wasn't doing so well, infront of staff but they turned their backs. UTIs r wat the manager thinks I hav but he mite have one coz he's a bully, outspoken and old

You deserve support, especially when you have already had the courage to share you were having a 'mental mishap'. When you are having a 'mental mishap', are there particular types of support you would find particularly helpful? I am wondering if it might help you and them to have notes about the support which would be most helpful?
About the UTI, have you got access to the medical care you deserve?
You don't deserve to be bullied, no one does. What would you like to happen from this bullying? I recognise some people feel more comfortable with reporting bullying than other people and you might want a different outcome.
Has the MH appointment happened yet? We are here for you if you would like to share more with us about how this appointment has gone for you
