    Hello @ellie2000. I can hear you have been feeling sad. It is okay to feel sad, it does not not necessary need to be overcome. Though, you deserve to feel supported through this.

    Has anything, in particular, been causing you to feel sad? It sounds like when you were feeling sad, you wanted to talk to people and almost seek a connection with people, have people respond to you, am I hearing this right?
