Have I been fired

I was meant to be working on Monday night (2 days ago). I messaged my manager on Sunday to let him know I was unwell and wouldn’t be in and he said no worries. He then messaged me on Monday afternoon to say he really doesn’t appreciate me making up lies and would like a meeting to discuss this.
I told one of my friends at work I was going away to stay somewhere as our electric had been off since Friday and it was making me feel worse.
My mum came into the shop I work in on Monday and my friend was serving her and said she didn’t blame me for going to away. My supervisor was standing behind her and I’m thinking she heard I was going away and told my manager when I was meant to be unwell.
But our electric was off.
I sent my manager a reply explaining why I was away and he has read it and not responded. So I don’t know where I stand.
I’m meant to be working on Monday and I’m already really uncomfortable about going in on Monday and don’t know what I’m walking into. I don’t want to have a bad reputation from being fired. Should I send my manager a follow up message? I’m really worried and I don’t know what to do.
Does anyone have any advice on how to handle this?
I don’t want a warning on my record either.

I cat answrr your question on if you've been fired and wouldn't be right for me answer this. I'm presuming to discuss with you it is.
I guess I would be transparent with them.his obviously found out and not appreciative of this andto be fair I'm. Not sure any employer would appreciate not being told the truth.
if it was me personally in this situation, i would definitely send a follow up message to explain, however, it is up to you what you do.
whatever happens, i hope it’s ok🩷
hopefully the misunderstanding can get cleared up and things turn out okay for you
