Interview tomorrow

in Work & Study
I have a job interview tomorrow, and I made it to the next stage after a telephone interview. Honestly, I’m feeling a bit anxious because the location is big, and I’m scared about not finding it. It might sound stupid, but I was even a bit hesitant for a minute, even though I’ve been venting a lot here about how much this whole situation has been getting me down. It just sounds so fucking stupid that I was even just a bit hesitant, even though I do really want to get into work. The hesitation feels silly, but it’s mainly the location that’s stressing me out. I’ll be taking a tram since it’s easier to access, and if I get the job, I’d be able to drive with free parking. The interview came up on short notice, but I’m hopeful I’ll manage to find the place. If I don’t get the job, I’ll keep applying and looking for support to find something else suitable soon.

none of how you’re feeling is silly - i know exactly what you mean, i had a similar experience yesterday with being anxious about finding the place but it all worked out ok in the end! i’m sure you’ll smash it🤍
@shannon_164 and @Amy22 Thanks so much really appreciate it, great positivity and encouragement. So glad to hear I'm not alone with finding it daunting, that it's not silly and all that. You're both so full of positivity it's pretty encouraging. I wish the best of look in both of your journeys too ❤️.
Thanks so much ladies ❤️
I appreciate that, cheers. Had it earlier but was late.
i know it must have been really frustrating to be late, however, it wasn't your fault that the bus was late, that sorta situation is out of your control!
@shannon_164 yh I left at 6 30, missed the tram , it was just going as I came down
@ebyrne556 thanks so much, truly means so much to me. It means everything to see you all behind me ❤️.
Thank you @Azziman I was unfortunately late which I mentioned above but they seemed OK sbout it, I was just super nervous too, hopefully whatever the outcome is I get sorted really soon though. Thanks again for the check up.
Yh they arent good but I think it went OK apart from being late, I heard yesterday unfortunately I didn't get it though. Thanks a lot for the replies and support though.
Hey @Laura_tigger82 , I really appreciate the check up. I think my next steps are get interview support like maybe practicing them, applying to jobs. There's potentially a course coming up that could lead to a job, but it's not for a few months yet. Thanks so much anyway
We're all here for you and I agree with Laura, hoping you can let yourself feel whatever comes up for you. It sounds like you're already clear on what you'd like your next steps to be, which is fantastic. How have you been able to rest or decompress in between the job-hunting activities?
@Sian321 hey, really appreciate the kind words as always. I got feedback that I need more detailed answers and the role might be a bit fast paced for me.
I do sometimes do stuff outside my job hunting activities. Thanks so much for this reply means a lot and thanks for running the Friday chat thread too, it was great and you ran it well.
What are you enjoying outside of your job hunting activities at the moment - what is helping you to unwind? Also, how are you feeling about the feedback?
Hey @Laura_tigger82 thanks for your responses. I think going out in general can help unwind a bit, depending where though. Im feeling disappointed by the feedback but on the positive side if I have not got it then it might not be suitable anyway.
