Rejection sensitivity dsyphoria and ACTUAL BULLYING (plz offer advice)

I’m autistic and struggle horribly with rejection sensitivity dsyphoria.
When I feel rejection, whether Its real or not, my heart falls and shatters like a piano and I spend days crying and mourning over the incident. I get sent down an emotional spiral which is tricky for me to escape.
Obviously, with a condition that makes me highly sensitive, it’s likely to attract bullies who GENUINELY want to hurt me and make me cry for laughs.
I can never stop crying like a little bitch and end up giving the bullies what they want, causing them to do it again.
What are some helpful techniques?
Please help, I’m feeling hopeless at this point.
