Does anyone know how to find the feedback form, I know you usually get it from chat but my brain wasn’t working and I kept saying appreciation form :lol: if I’d of said feedback form I’d of noticed but now I can’t find it on here

    The feedback form is a little bit faulty at the moment but it's on our list to get fixed - whilst you might still be able to fill it out using that link, we're having difficulty viewing responses on our side *insert long boring tech explanation* :(

    @independent_ @Rose113 I don't know about doing an extra form but if I add an appreciation section onto the Feedback Form would that suffice :tongue:

    Tbf I have mentioned before that there should definitely be a place to leave positive feedback, there might already be one now on the form (I can’t remember).

    It’s like when people leave reviews. A lot of reviews are negative because people only think to leave feedback with a negative experience so reviews skew negative.

    @independent_ yeah positive feedback is one of the options but I can add an appreciation section too just leave it with me :)

    Appreciate these thoughts btw so helpful to hear what you folks want to see on it!
