Feeling down, need a hug please

Earlier today, I had my charity shop placement role, and now I’m just having lunch while waiting for a work appointment. Last night, I felt pretty overwhelmed with everything going on. I’ve been feeling a bit down, I think its a mixture of things partly because of the setbacks I’ve faced and the frustration of not being where I feel like I should be in life yet. I think the Monday blues are also adding to how I’m feeling right now. Also I'm not really a morning person either.
