How do I feel like a woman (Without therapy)

I'm a cisgender woman with autism.
I don't want to transition into a man or become non-binary.
With that being said, I've never felt like a woman. I feel like I'm someone who's poorly attempting to pretend to be a woman.
I partake in skincare and workout routines.
I wear jewellery and dress feminine-ish (Due to the cold weather, I've been mostly wearing baggy clothes and jeans instead of skirts)
I don't like wearing makeup because it makes me feel worse about my natural face.
What can I do to feel like a woman?

I am also an autistic female and don't worry about make-up or feminine clothing as such! I prioritise warmth and comfort, but still identify as female. Has anyone else got similiar experience or any words/thoughts they would like to share here?
But unfortunately, due to my horrible experiences with men throughout my childhood and current adulthood, I’ve been taught that a woman’s worth is to sexually appeal to men. Otherwise, they’ll be treated as a subhuman.
So the only way I would feel like a woman is if I was treated kindly by men; Which I don’t often experience.
