I don’t know what to do.. I was having help with getting myself to eat and they’ve referred me back to my doctor.. not helpful at all because I’m just gonna fall back into the same situation of struggling to eat because I’m never hungry😭 what’s the point of getting help if they’re not helpful at all

    This situation sounds pretty upsetting and confusing - I'm sending you hugs <3. If you feel comfortable sharing, can I ask who was helping you with your eating and why they've referred you back to your doctor?

    I also hear how frustrating it is reaching out for help when they're not being helpful at all. What kind of support system do you have around you and is there anyone you can talk to about this?

    You deserve support and help and I really hope you get it. The community are here for you and thank you for sharing this with us <3
