One dirty secret that hiring companies don’t tell you is that CVs aren’t reviewed by a real person; it’s in fact reviewed by an Ai program. This program searches for certain keywords to determine whether someone should be hired or not. Literally everyone I know has been let down by indeed.

also, if you have any specific ideas in mind you could always use the company’s website which i’ve always found a super helpful way!
this might not be relevant as im not sure where in the uk you are however i’m in northern ireland and find ni job finder and also community ni a great place to look for jobs:)
