Apologizing (TW - self harm)

How do I apologise to the management. For the things I sed

Wat was happening tht week was I felt lonely coz my mum was looking after relations and freind dying tht week n noticing tht weren't right todo with the tenants and health n safety and telling them tht their failing and it all was by email, sh*t. The management hides in their office wen we try to confront them. N I told one of them wat I thought of the manager but I wasn't gna carry it out, is tht todo with trauma?

I also said about putting a PIN Against him bc he false diagnose even though he's not a doctor. He said other stuff too which I had too many emotions n blanked out

He did put a abc on me nd I told him it wasn't valid. Bc of their behaviour I self harmed

Apparently they got the pigs involved and the pigs werent gentle b4. Although they were gd at wellbeing checks. Y do ppl go OTT instead of the diplomatic approach

@eylah where I lived b4 it was a different company, they weren't gd at their job either. Their delusions caused tht original 1. Tht year I was just making sense of a S.A b4 they got me for doin how I coped they told me tht things tht had been done to me didn't matter

The manager sed he was concerned about my wellbeing but he hates me bc I bring up things which i ñotice tht need improvement.

@eylah I'm scared tht the manager will get the police to take me away, is he a bully? Relationships broke down wen the carer was in a huff at therapy and abandoned me after I went in for a counselling appointment, we found out she left the therapist went to talk to her but she left bc the manager told her too. Waiting for stuff to happen was awful, he always hid away in his office wen mum tried to talk to him. Since tht day they r trying to gather wrongdoings tht I've done, I notice things, wen stuff seems dangerous or if I'm being mucked about by staff. Should they no how to deal with behaviour?
I was frustrated one day of how I was being treated and I was talking to a worker who was outside n I said if he doesn't sort my accommodation out tht I was gna --- his house down, was tht reactive a8u5e. I wouldn't but I know wat professional misbehavior looks like. I did tht kindof thing b4 and only got a wellbeing check. I try to make things work, but ppl want me to fail 😟

hi ellie it sounds like so much is happening for you with regards to this manager. i can sense from things your saying that this person is rly not helping your current situation nor help your mh. have you spoken to anyone abt this individual bc it seems like you are being put through stuff that is not right especially with the stuff this person has done before to you. im here if you need to talk. 💕 also he cant get police to take you away without a legal reason or something you have done etc. im sry your having to go through this bc you deserve to have a safe environment and to be surrounded with care & ppl who are there to support and protect you not ppl like him who are there for the wrong reasons.
