Why do I have them 
My eye bags are purple, due to aging and have very thin skin.
I’ve tried everything to get rid of them. But when I step outside (especially during a cloudy day), they become so visible.
Currently, I’m using Cera renewal eye cream. But my eyes bags are still there >:(
