Going to docs

Invisible_meInvisible_me Posts: 161 Helping Hand
Hi. I have docs appt on Friday to check in with doc but so scared to go, one to speak byt 2 because uts been booked at the merger practice (because I couldn't get an appt at my usual practice) but they'll have decs up and my autism means that's overwhelming!!
I couldn't even walk into my normal practice 2 weeks ago because they had flashing lights up on the trees luckily the receptionust saw me and she coaxed me in but won't get that at the merger practice.
Rearranging appt is not an option!

Could you maybe wear some sunglasses to reduce the intensity of the lights or brightly coloured decorations?
It’s rubbish that they don’t think of the problems it might create for people though, I’m so sorry
