    @Rose113 @eylah how do u get back where u were? I said to a member of staff 'you ruined it' I meant all things come to think of it. Do ppl no they're narcissistic? All the work I worked on for my wellbeing has gone kaput.

    @ellie2000 i suppose to get back on track after a set back you should focus on you weather that’s leaving social media or turning your phone off for a few days so you can do some stuff for yourself and you can also come up with a plan if you struggle without a phone so that could be a timetable of self care stuff and thing you enjoy to do for yourself :)
