As @Eylah and @shannonxg_ have mentioned, it's super important to talk with a doctor or pharmacist about any changes to your medication routine, including the dosage of sertraline. They'll be able to give advice based on your personal medical needs and history
In general, taking four 50mg tablets of sertraline is considered the same to taking two 100mg tablets. Both methods deliver the same total dosage of the medication (200mg). However, it's important to remember that the way your body absorbs and processes the medication might be slightly different depending on the tablet size.
