I’m starting to think I’m the problem

I’m starting to notice how when ever I’m around my parents argue. Literally every time without fail. I don’t mean to I don’t even understand what I say mostly but I’m sick of it. What is wrong with me why do I keep making trouble

I can relate to this. I’ve had issues with several people too and often start thinking I’m the problem. It’s tough, but sometimes it’s not about us; things can just get tense around certain situations. You’re not the issue. Just keep being yourself, and don’t be too hard on yourself.
I understand, I'm always here if you need anything

I know it's so hard because you're trying to make sense of why this is happening and to find an explanation, but I feel myself being drawn to reassure you that your parents are the only one's who are responsible for their own actions, and they're making choices here that arn't your fault. But I recognise how hard it might be for that to feel true.
I'm sending the biggest hug, Lucy, and just want to say that again I'm so sorry this is happening within your home and within your family. That feels so hard, and you deserve a peacful space to be.

At this point I’m just tired of everything feeling the same like this is it and even though I’m alive it’s like my life has ended. I love my friends I really do, I don’t have many but the ones I have mean everything to me so I’m waiting for it to get better but I’m starting to think it won’t. I’m fine and safe I just feel stuck right now
