    Hey @ellie2000

How are you feeling today? Are you home from your holiday now? If so, I wonder if you felt a little overwhelmed being back home after your holiday. Does this sound right?

Your holiday looked amazing and I love the beautiful photos you shared with us <3 It seems like you've been really busy on this holiday and experienced quite a lot. Sometimes it feels a little bit tricky getting back into our usual routines after we've been away for a bit. Holiday time can feel like a completely different time, like what times we wake up and go to sleep, when we eat etc. It sounds really valid to feel a little bit overwhelmed right now. Nobody is expecting you to slip seamlessly back into your usual routines and habits that you do whilst you're at home.

Be gentle with yourself as you re-enter life at home Ellie <3

@Katie while I was on holiday I was looking from outside wat my situation is. I sent acouple of emails to the manager & his b*tc* (who also works with him) wen I was thinking to much. Youtube didn't work in the Arctic, so I played happy wheels to distract myself and I'm thinking of getting 'a little to the left' 😀
I went into supported living coz I thought they dealt with mental health. Wat I wrote in my diary a few months ago was true ppl believeme now. The first manager was gd. Now the current one is in, all the gd workers hav left now and the current ones as I notice stuff r not trained. One it looked like a big hazard. Last nite I was looking for tenants reviews but I could only find staff ones
They haven't done anything to benefit me.
Wat do u mean 'overwhelmed after holiday'
Why do I think the way I do?

Hey @ellie2000 , thank you for this post. It's great that on holiday you could play happy wheels to distract yourself. That sounds fun <3

You said that you originally moved into supported accomodation for mental health support - is that right? It sounds really upsetting for your favourite staff members to leave and the new staff to not have proper training. It feels like a lot has changed, and I can imagine that's sad sometimes, esspecially when it's your home.

You mentioned that your carers believe what you wrote in your diary now. Can I ask what you mean by this?

    Sending hugs, @ellie2000 .
