I fubar this week 😔 I emailed managers bc I panic in the morning, and I'm normally right and I want things to improve for people and wat they haven't done ,thts y. And ppl are cross at me for doing tht.
Wat do ppl do if they panic wen they wake up?

    Hey @ellie2000 , thanks so much for your post. It sounds like you're coping with a lot of panic and anxiety at the moment. I'm really glad that you're reaching out for support here and we're here for you.

    Just to make sure I'm following you correctly, am I right in thinking that you felt panicked when you woke up this morning so you emailed your manager for support, but then they got cross with you?

    You mentioned in another post that your manager has been emailing you too and you're unsure whether this is unprofessional. May I check, is this manager also a carer of yours? How safe are you feeling from this person at the moment?

    It sounds really overwhelming to feel panicked when you wake up, @ellie2000 . I wonder if there was anything in particular that triggered those feelings?

    I know for me, when I'm really anxious in the morning it helps me to try and stay away from social media while I'm still waking up, and to do some deep-breathing as I eat my breakfast. Drinking small sips of cold water also helps me feel grounded. Or maybe doing some light stretching of my body, like gently touching my toes and then reaching my arms in the air. What do you feel might help you when you're panicked?
