Low day again

Having a low day again, I’m tired, I’m drained, had so many messages from people that I’ve not even read cos I have no energy too :/
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

    hey @Rose113 it sounds like ur having a lot of difficult emotions to work through today, that must feel rrly exhausting, it is also totally reasonable that u don't feel like replying/reading ppls messages and i'm sure that they'll understand this, everyone has bad days, and u shouldn't think any less of yourself for also having one, try not to put pressure on yourself to reply to messages and do other energy consuming things that u don't feel in the right headspace for. Try to see today as a day to rest and get ready for a better day today! sending lots of love
